Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
  • Consistency and reliability in performance and attendance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership and support for the team during daily operations.
  • Lead by example in operational excellence, food safety, and customer service.
  • Train and coach team members to ensure quality and efficiency in their roles.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A's hospitality standards by fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Ensure team members follow all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
  • Take initiative in resolving operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Support management with inventory control, food safety checks, and shift planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
