Requirements

Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
Consistency and reliability in performance and attendance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership and support for the team during daily operations.
Lead by example in operational excellence, food safety, and customer service.
Train and coach team members to ensure quality and efficiency in their roles.
Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Uphold Chick-fil-A's hospitality standards by fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
Ensure team members follow all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
Take initiative in resolving operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
Support management with inventory control, food safety checks, and shift planning.
Other duties as assigned.
