Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a social services field required and valid license is required.
  • LCSW, LPC or a License Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with a valid NY license.
  • Management experience required and experience working with women with eating disorders preferred.
  • 2+ years of previous experience.
  • Knowledge and ability to meet regulatory standards for accreditation organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Program Director to oversee the DTP/IOP clinical programs. This includes management of program schedules, as well as training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
  • Contribute to program development and quality management initiatives.
  • Support Site Director in leading multidisciplinary staff meetings, leading these meetings in her/his absence; assisting in providing directions for the resolution of problems identified by staff.
  • Carry caseloads of patients, run groups, and perform utilization reviews with insurance companies.
  • Provide outreach to the community to support marketing initiatives and psychoeducation to outpatient providers.
  • Assist in meeting the fiscal goals; and assist in providing direction for clinical care.
