About The Position

Job Summary Supervise employees on an assigned shift to ensure the work is completed within established timing, quality, and cost standards. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Supervision: assign daily tasks, monitor performance, provide feedback, coach team members, and ensure a positive environment. Production Oversight: Ensure output targets, schedules, and cost/waste goals are met; monitor KPIs. Quality Control: Inspect products, identify defects, resolve quality issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Safety & Compliance: enforce safety protocols, ensure adherence to SOPs/GMPs, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Problem-Solving: act as the first point of escalation for line issues, troubleshoot deviations, and implement solutions for efficiency. Training & Development: train new staff, cross-train existing employees, and support skill development. Process Improvement: suggest and help implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance processes. Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to operate production equipment and computer systems for monitoring.
