Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a team
• Ability to read, understand, and explain work instructions
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for extended periods
• Ability to kneel, stoop, and squat for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Some college or professional training
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Assembly Technicians to meet production goals
• Ensure all work is performed safely and follows company standards
• Read and interpret work instructions, orders, and blueprints
• Assign tasks and clearly communicate expectations to team members
