Requirements

• 1+ year in a leadership role (shift lead, supervisor, assistant manager) OR an Associate's degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team members to achieve production and quality goals.
• Ensure resources (materials, equipment, staffing) are available to meet production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
• Spend approximately 80% of your shift on the production floor.
