About The Position
As a Team Leader in the food services team at Asda, you will take the lead in one of their branded outlets, such as Greggs, Subway, or Burger King. Your primary role will be to support your team in delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service. You are expected to be hands-on in the operation, ensuring smooth daily routines, supporting new starters, and consistently meeting food safety and brand standards. This includes tasks like prepping food, managing queues, and problem-solving, making you a crucial part of the team's success.
Requirements
- Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment
- A willingness to take on responsibility and support others
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
