About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization offering a range of services including Critical Process Cleaning, Building & Process Equipment Maintenance, HVAC & Mechanical, Production Support, and Water Treatment Management to a broad range of business partners across North America. As a Team Leader, you will supervise and work alongside Team Members performing critical process cleaning tasks, leading the team in the safe and efficient completion of the scope of work. You will utilize Best Systems to identify potential issues and report them to your Group Leader, collaborating to develop timely solutions. The role involves embracing the team, valuing diversity and inclusion, being fully invested and authentic, and challenging the status quo to find safer, easier, and faster ways to work.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to support cleaning task completion as necessary.
  • Ability to communicate via 2-way radios effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
  • Minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and work alongside Team Members performing critical process cleaning tasks.
  • Lead the team in the safe and efficient completion of our scope of work.
  • Identify potential issues and report those to your Group Leader.
  • Develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues (together with Group Leader).
