About The Position

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:   Education and Experience: HS diploma or equivalent 2-3 years manufacturing experience (Preferred) Certification to operate lifts and other required equipment (Preferred)   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to lead and motivate others to meet business demands In depth understanding of and commitment to established values and strategy Basic understanding of computers Mechanically inclined Good oral and written communication skills Basic math skills Ability to resolve conflicts effectively Ability to perform root cause analysis/problem solving
