About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve and exceed service level expectations
  • Build a strong, engaged team culture focused on accountability, integrity, and performance
  • Develop, train, and retain staff through ongoing coaching and performance management
  • Onboard, grow, and retain customers through exceptional client service and relationship management
  • Drive Melon adoption across the team to support business objectives
  • Ensure finance excellence, administrative accuracy, and compliance
  • Lead operational efficiency rollouts and ensure adoption across the team
  • Support PPP and Preferred Partner growth initiatives
  • Manage profitability and margin performance for the business
  • Oversee Customer Care programs and customer service functions
  • Build and maintain positive internal relationships across business pillars
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement strategic action plans
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
