As Team Leader, you will provide overall leadership to an interdisciplinary client service delivery team, which may include Case Managers, Employment Specialists, Housing Specialists, Substance Abuse Counselors, Continuing Care Workers, and Clinical Social Workers. You will lead the team in delivering a comprehensive program of on-site and/or community-based services, including assessment, counseling, and linkages with various support programs (entitlement, mental health, substance abuse, employment, medical, educational, child care, and aftercare) to ensure residents receive maximum benefit from their stay in shelters. The primary goal is the successful and expeditious placement of residents in permanent housing and the enhancement of their self-sufficiency.
