About The Position

The Team Leader for the Sal’s Pizza Store plays a pivotal role in directing and coordinating employees to carry out their daily job responsibilities effectively. This position is essential to ensure that customers have a satisfactory experience through excellent service and operational efficiency. The Shift Leader will be responsible for training employees and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced food service environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with pizza preparation and delivery processes is a plus.
