About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Car Wash Team Leader to oversee a team of car wash team members, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a hands-on approach to maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Prior supervisor experience is required
• Good communication skills
• Must be reliable, hard working and a team player
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s license strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned group of employees
• Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line
• May sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan
• Open and close the store in the absence of store manager
• Clean and maintain facilities and grounds
• All other duties assigned
