About The Position

Start your career in management and join the retail management team! As a Team Leader at Goodwill, you will assist management with the daily operations of a retail store/ outlet. The Team Leader will direct staff to ensure the retail store/outlet operates efficiently. This position will mentor new employees, teaching them skills to succeed in a career in retail. Requirements

• 6 months of experience in management, supervising, or leading groups required.
• Internal Candidates will be considered with - 6 months of experience working at Goodwill required.
• Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, active insurance policy, and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Candidates are expected to complete background checks assigned by Goodwill SWPA, including a National Criminal Background check, prior to their first day of employment.
• Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to their first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team with the responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of a retail store/ outlet.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers, while ensuring that production and quality goals and standards are achieved.
• Maintain and promote a clean and safe work environment.
