About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Team Lead to guide our assembly operations and inspire excellence every day. As a key player in our plant operations, you’ll: Lead and Inspire: Assign tasks, coach team members, and foster a high-performance culture. Drive Results: Ensure goals in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are met or exceeded. Optimize Workflow: Adjust work assignments based on priorities and availability, ensuring smooth operations. Support Your Team: Provide tools, materials, and guidance to help your team succeed. Champion Safety & Quality: Conduct audits, enforce PPE use, and maintain high standards. Problem-Solve Proactively: Tackle challenges with urgency and ownership, escalating when needed. Maintain Excellence: Uphold 5S standards and ensure proper housekeeping in all work areas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in industrial air handler production
  • Strong understanding of safety policies and quality standards
  • Ability to read tape measures and interpret technical specifications
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
