Responsibilities

Lead and inspire an amazing team of orthodontic professionals.
Ensure exceptional care and service for our patients, making them feel comfortable every step of the way.
Manage daily operations, coordinate treatments, and keep the office running smoothly.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
Solve problems on the fly – because in this fast-paced setting, every day is an adventure!
Keep everything organized and on point, from patient records to office protocol.
Assist in clinical sterilization and treatment coordinating when needed
Create monthly team schedules and build team chemistry!
