The team leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of the office. This includes but is not limited to the following, acting as a liaison between the patients and practitioners, aid assistants in managing patient flow, monitor insurance processing, treatment planning, work together with the receptionist to complete all task required at the front desk, and promote harmony in the patient care team by cooperating with and helping others whenever possible.
