As we prepare to open our SECOND location in Arizona but this time in, PHOENIX! We’re seeking passionate, enthusiastic team leaders to join us and help spread our message. A Team Leader will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts. This role involves managing team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends
Food handler certification

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations during shifts.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or feedback to improve productivity.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Complete administrative tasks accurately.
Train new employees and provide ongoing support to existing team members.
Collaborate with management to achieve company goals and improve operations.
Assist in scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage.
Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Act as a liaison between team members and upper management to communicate concerns or suggestions.
