More information is available on our website https://www.sswtechnologies.com/ [https://www.sswtechnologies.com/] The Onsite 2nd Shift Team Leader will lead the production of the shift in order to comply with the client's requirements, taking care that it complies with the quality and quantity required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED. In the event of not covering school, you must have 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Manufacturing, quality, safety experience
  • 1 year of experience in the same position.
  • Detailed and hands-on oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with the procedures indicated by the System to comply with the 150 9001: 2015 standard
  • Comply with the 5S system established by the company by utilizing the process in all areas of production in the line(s).
  • Help supervisor to direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the Production.
  • Train and direct production workers to carry out all the activities according to what is established in the manufacturing system procedure
  • Make sure all personnel needed for the line production is present and able to work
  • Work with supervisor to determine work assignments and procedures.
  • Instill work order and discipline into the work area.
  • Perform quality checks on products and parts.
  • Work with supervisor to rotate personnel through all the tasks required in the production processes.
  • Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
  • Report to supervisor malfunctions on production equipment and machinery
  • Oversee demolding, flashing, weighing and assembly positions and train employees on Job procedures.
  • Know how the end of the shift reports is done and complete when supervisor requests assistance
  • Be directly involved on the support, delivery coaching and validation of training of line workers and/or operators.
  • Assist supervisor in the correct separation, identification and transfer of nonconforming product
  • Apply the changes made by the setup or adjustments necessary to ensure the quality of the models to run in the different manufacturing cells.
