Hollister Incorporated is seeking a Team Leader to provide leadership to the team(s) under the incumbent's shift & area of responsibility. The role involves coaching and enabling Associates to meet or exceed team goals in safety, quality, service, and cost in an environment of continuous improvement. The Team Leader will drive resolution of issues preventing the team from achieving daily targets and conduct employee performance and development reviews. The position requires spending at least 70% of the time on the floor managing performance, coaching Associates, and ensuring appropriate standards are followed. The Team Leader will also monitor metrics impacting team performance, recognize and reward Associates for achievements, and facilitate team meetings.
