The Team Lead Warehouse will train warehouse staff, perform warehouse and or CSR duties as needed, and store order management. The primary objective of this role is to perform a variety of customer service and warehouse duties while leading warehouse and/or combined Customer Service/Warehouse Representatives in the performance of their duties. The Team Lead will train, coach, and guide Warehouse Associates and combined Customer Service/Warehouse Representatives. They will execute warehouse and/or CSR duties as needed, which may include completing all aspects of Order Management and being responsible for purchasing activity, such as placing and receiving POs in systems and in the warehouse. The Team Lead will also execute warehouse tasks for inventory management and order fulfillment, including assembly, loading, and checking of customer orders. Additionally, they may execute daily office tasks and office administration, provide service in the showroom, and operate crane forklift equipment. The Team Lead serves as a resource for other CT associates and maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program, reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Other related duties may be required as needed.
