Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor, Maintenance, and Engineering to develop and improve production-related processes and equipment/tooling.

Requirements

Good analytical skills, problems solving skills, communication skills, project management skills and leadership skills.
Intermediate level knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Knowledge of hazardous waste handling.
Knowledge of general OSHA regulations.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Meets minimum year requirement as a team member
Knowledgeable in the skills of the assigned production team for which team leader will oversee

Responsibilities

Maintains compliance with safety programs and guidelines to ensure clean, orderly, and safe working conditions.
Ensure production employees understand and comply with Standard Work Instructions, Process Specifications, Inspection Records, Training Documents, and other work instructions.
Verify that production personnel are assigned to areas where documented training has been completed.
Maintain time and production output goals
Maintain time and production records and other reporting elements.
Support team members in professional development
Perform other functions as assigned.
Respond to support calls by team members
Process start up and control
Fill in for absent team members
