Responsibilities
- Assist senior leaders in coordinating daily team operations
- Monitor team performance metrics and contribute to performance improvement strategies
- Support onboarding and training of new team members

- Contribute to planning meetings and strategic discussions
- Provide direct support to team members to maintain productivity and morale
