MSA is seeking a Team Leader – Structural Engineering to guide and grow a high-performing structural team focused on building structures for municipal clients, water and wastewater facilities, waterfront infrastructure, parks & recreation facilities, and tank design. This role is for a structural leader who wants broader influence — someone ready to shape team culture, elevate project delivery, drive financial performance, and develop the next generation of engineers.
