Free onsite parking Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment JOB SUMMARY: The Team Leader Sr., Clinical Support Services: Assists Clinical Coordinator with overseeing the performance of department staff & volunteers, including the selection, counseling, and evaluation processes. Coordinates day-to-day activities within budgetary constraints. Demonstrates role-modeling skills as an attendant and dispatcher. Actively participates in dispatcher/transporter roles as necessary to promote smooth departmental operations and prevent patient delays. Participates in developing/maintaining departmental program design to support continued quality improvement and enhanced departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Current CPR Heart Saver required
  • At least twelve months as an orderly/attendant or related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework in the healthcare field is desirable
  • Previous leadership experience is desirable.
