Team Leader help facilitate the work activities of the department and ensures that work activities are being performed according to policy, procedure and process. Team Leaders help to ensure that safety, quality and productivity requirements are being achieved by; First line of support to team members when abnormal conditions exist Escalating issues so that appropriate resources are involved when abnormalities occur, Ensure continuity of operations by filling in for team members when necessary (absenteeism, break periods, etc.) Working on continuous improvement projects
