About The Position
This position involves working closely with the Retail Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and staff management in the ACH Cafeteria and Main Street Cafe. The role includes overseeing staff etiquette, sanitation, food handling, customer service, and money handling. Additionally, the position collaborates with the PM Tray Line Lead to manage dish room staff and operations as needed, with scheduled shifts from 11am to 7:30pm, including every other weekend.
