About The Position

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Leader, Production will be responsible for the overall results (safety, quality, and production) of the night shift, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times.

• Must speak Spanish

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Available to work flexible hours
• Prior manufacturing experience is required

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards are met
• Lead and cultivate a collaborative and productive team
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs
• Scheduling personnel
• Weekly payroll submission
• Training, Developing, and coaching employees
• Work with the team to maintain company cleanliness standards
• Lead and participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness
