At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We're turning today's impossible into tomorrow's standard -from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features. Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale. The Team Leader will be responsible for planning, developing, and building test set-ups, evaluating results, and investigating mechanical/electrical operational difficulties on products and/or components while recommending corrective actions. Utilizing GMS Tools, the Team Leader will lead day-to-day operations in a specified area, providing guidance to team members on business priorities and team performance. This individual will report to the Group Leader of the assigned area and spend approximately two-thirds of their time roving the floor to support operators and identify/resolve issues preventing successful test execution.
