The Team Leader is a working lead who will perform a variety of tasks to lead hourly team members in the areas of Production, Sanitation, and other functional areas of the facility. Responsibilities include overseeing the training of new team members, troubleshoot process issues, and serve as a shift production subject matter expert. Leaders will be required to ensure all safety, quality and sanitary production standards are met. In performing their responsibilities, employees are expected to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers, work effectively as a team contributor and independently while understanding the necessity for communication with other employees and throughout Scoular.
