About The Position
In this leadership position you will oversee staff and functions that support Wellmark's provider credentialing and provider data management. You will lead a team of Credentialing & Contracting Specialists, with a goal of provider data accuracy and a positive provider experience while managing business processes within the department to optimize the performance of Wellmark's credentialing against aging goals and regulatory criteria. Furthermore, you will promote teamwork and strong collaborative relationships across the organization as well as external health care providers and vendors, while fostering an environment of team growth and development.
