We are currently seeking to add a Supervisor, Retirement Plan Consultant to our growing team. This is a hybrid role in our Dallas, TX office.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience.
  • At least 3 years of People Manager experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in order to ensure the client experience is smooth throughout the entire annual compliance cycle.
  • Help evaluate and improve operational procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Train New Hires on procedures and software as needed.
  • Mentoring team members to promote career growth.
  • Responsible for tracking the workflow for team members.
  • First point of escalation for team members regarding compliance issues or complaints
  • Monthly One on One meetings with team members.
  • Maintain a smaller caseload of assigned plans for administration and compliance work.
