The position involves training and mentoring Production Professionals while ensuring that safety, quality, efficiency, and cost requirements are met for assigned departments. The role requires overseeing multiple activities and taking ownership of department responsibilities. A strong working knowledge of all production principles and equipment is essential, along with the ability to manage and troubleshoot all technological tools used in production. The individual will work closely with other cross-functional groups within the facility to execute plant-wide initiatives and perform other tasks as needed to support the plant.
