About The Position

The position involves training and mentoring Production Professionals while ensuring that safety, quality, efficiency, and cost requirements are met for assigned departments. The role requires overseeing multiple activities and taking ownership of department responsibilities. A strong working knowledge of all production principles and equipment is essential, along with the ability to manage and troubleshoot all technological tools used in production. The individual will work closely with other cross-functional groups within the facility to execute plant-wide initiatives and perform other tasks as needed to support the plant.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR Associates Degree
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa
• Able and willing to work night shift schedules based on business needs (2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or 2nd shift TWRF 10 hrs shifts)

Benefits

• Starting wages of $60,000 - $70,000, plus potential bonus
