Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food production setting
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment , work practices, and formulation processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Experience applying root cause problem-solving tools
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Promote a safety-first culture and coach team members to take responsibility for their own safety behaviors
  • Develop and mentor crew members through training plans and feedback
  • Facilitate clear, effective communication across shifts and departments, including shift hand-offs
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and adherence to HACCP and food safety protocols
  • Lead formulation setups, changeovers , and ensure processes run within correct parameters
  • Conduct root cause analyses on issues related to safety, quality, performance, and formulation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address production constraints or limitations
  • Support new hire orientation and foster a positive training environment
  • Model Litehouse values and uphold high standards of performance, respect, and accountability
