Team Leader for Weekend Recreation Program (East Rockaway and Garden City, NY)
About The Position
The Team Leader for Weekend Recreation Program reports directly to the Assistant Director of Respite Services and performs all Support Staff responsibilities as well as provides support and direction to staff. This shift is: 14 Hours Per Week Saturday and Sunday 9:30a- 4:30p The applicant would need flexibility as you will be required to report to different locations based on the needs of the program. Valid Driver's License Required HS diploma/GED Required. Some experience with the IDD population is preferred but not required. Performs all duties of a Respite/Recreation Direct Support Professional. Address all issues and concerns related to staffing and people we support. Coordinates daily activities, which includes; transportation, daily activity schedule, attendance, and petty cash
Requirements
