DESCRIPTION: As a Team Leader, Distribution at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll help achieve excellence in warehouse operations while contributing to global scientific advancement. Leading a team in our facilities, you'll ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of vital materials that enable our customers to make breakthrough discoveries. This role combines operational leadership with process improvement to maintain our high standards of safety, quality, and service excellence. You'll coordinate daily warehouse activities, develop teams, and optimize processes through Lean methodologies and our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) framework. You'll collaborate across functions to ensure seamless operations while maintaining strict compliance with cGMP, safety regulations, and quality standards.
