About The Position
Energize your career at American Transmission Company (ATC)! We are seeking a Team Leader of Cyber Security to spearhead our mission of safeguarding reliable operations and supporting the national critical electric transmission infrastructure. The Cyber Security Team Leader will oversee a team of cyber security engineers and security operations analysts, responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring cyber security capabilities across ATC's technology infrastructure. This role is pivotal in supporting ATC's enterprise cyber incident response preparedness, as well as managing vulnerability and threat intelligence programs. In this position, you will leverage your bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Technology or Cyber Security. You will lead a skilled technical team focused on cyber security infrastructure and operations. The Team Leader will manage a technical portfolio of cyber security projects, ensuring effective management of scope, costs, schedules, resources, and risks. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of Cyber Security processes, programs, and frameworks that address key workflow activities, ensure NERC compliance, and support efficient technology operations. You will also be tasked with ensuring that the cyber security framework aligns with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements. Identifying and developing key attributes within processes, such as Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Controls, will be essential. Building a Culture of Security and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of ATC's business through collaboration with technology, security, and business stakeholders is crucial. Additionally, you will participate in technology strategy and planning, defining the Cyber Security portfolio of projects to drive strategy and promote cyber security education and awareness. You will define Cyber Security deliverables to ensure adherence to key lifecycle controls during development and change control activities, and support audits, including NERC 693, 706, NUC-001, and Sarbanes-Oxley. Setting the technical direction for the team and defining the roadmap for the Cyber Security program and technology adoption will be key aspects of your role.
