Team Leader - Community Living
About The Position
Do you love helping others and being part of a strong team? Do you have supervisory experience in the field of direct supports? OCCK, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated, driven, self-motivated individual to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals. This team leader position will supervise Direct Service Professionals and Independent Living staff as assigned, ensuring quality services are provided. Services are provided in home environments and throughout the community to establish positive routines, develop functional skills, and for the enhancement of daily living skills.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must have a proven work history.
- Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting.
- Must be available to work various shifts.
- Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
Nice To Haves
- One year working in the field of human services preferred.
