About The Position

We are looking for a driven, bilingual Commercial Insurance Team Leader to lead and grow our Commercial Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial insurance experience, a consultative sales approach, and a leadership mindset. You will serve as a key point of contact for commercial clients—especially within the Hispanic market—while helping expand our commercial portfolio through relationship-building, active networking with business owners, partners, and community contacts, strategic selling, and team collaboration.

Requirements

Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in the insurance industry.
Strong experience with commercial insurance policies .
License: Active Property & Casualty License (required).
Sales-Driven: Proven sales skills and ability to find and develop clients.
Leadership Mindset: Comfortable guiding clients and supporting team success.
Strong Communication: Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with databases, systems, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, particularly within the Hispanic business community
Analyze commercial risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Sell and upsell commercial insurance policies
Meet and exceed personal and department sales goals
Handle client inquiries, payments, and database updates accurately
Collaborate with team members to strengthen and grow the Commercial Department
Contribute to process improvement and overall department success
