About the position

The Team Leader for the Closing Shift at Dunkin' is responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operational standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves working closely with management to train staff and maintain a clean and safe environment for both team members and customers. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and emphasizes a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for team members and customers.
• Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met during shifts.
• Assist management with training and other company programs.
• Close the restaurant, meeting standards and leaving it in great condition for the morning team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of food service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards success.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a leadership role.
• Hands-on position requiring the ability to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred.
