Requirements
- Three years post graduate clinical counseling or related experience required and experience with persons with serious and persistent mental illness.
- The ages of patients served will be considered in selecting and assigning staff for the position.
- Licensed required for MSW?s.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Defensive Driving Course within 3 months of hire and/or transfer.
Nice To Haves
- LPC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC, LMFT, RN or Licensed Psychologist Preferred for Independent Practice.
- Master's Degree in social work or counseling field, and license eligibility preferred. If license eligibility required by program, proof from educational institution needed.
Responsibilities
- Provides a full range of mental health treatment services including counseling, assessment, clinical supervision of staff, and participation in interdisciplinary treatment team planning, record keeping, consultation and education.
- Provides care to persons with a serious mental illness requiring assertive community treatment.
- Works to create a climate that encourages the establishment of team identity.

- A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $38.50.
