About The Position

The Team Lead will assign and direct work of all team members, train and develop each team member to standard using Job-Instruction-Training (JI) methods and serve as leadership in the front-line operation of a Lean Daily Management System (DMS). The Team Lead will monitor the work performance of each team member and provide strong coaching and mentoring. Additional required duties are data entry and analysis, record keeping, and developmental counseling of Team Members. Successful completion of the Leadership Qualification Program, Job Relations (JR), and Job Instruction (JI) is required. Other trainings and tasks will be added as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory and manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Completion of the Leadership Qualification Program, Job Relations (JR), and Job Instruction (JI) is required
  • Candidates must complete an online assessment
