About The Position

Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture is crucial in this role, as you will be fostering associate engagement and development. You will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, which is vital for maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Regular reporting on team performance and key metrics will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Other operational duties may be assigned by your manager, providing you with a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
