The position is responsible for Markets Account Opening and Maintenance, ensuring high quality Client Static Data in SCI and TP systems. The role involves implementing suitable mitigations for identified risk issues, ensuring error-free work with no operating losses, and functioning as an independent controller in Account Opening Activities. Responsibilities also include the maintenance of Customer Profile Data, handling Mifid update activity in Client central, and ensuring adherence to CDD Guidelines at all times. The position requires proper updating on the completion status of daily instructions and submission of EOD.

  • Responsible for Markets Account Opening and Maintenance
  • Maintain high quality Client Static Data in SCI and TP system
  • Implement suitable mitigations for identified risk issues
  • Ensure error free work with no operating losses
  • Function as an independent controller in Account Opening Activities
  • Maintenance of Customer Profile Data
  • Handle Mifid update activity in Client central
  • Proper maintenance of SCI with regard to Customer Profile and other relevant fields
  • Ensure CDD Guidelines are adhered to at all times
  • Ensure proper updating on completion status of daily Instructions and submission of EOD
  • Manage the relationship between CPC and the business units
  • Co-ordinate with respective CPC to ensure all activities are completed as per agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Understand client requirements and deliver best in class service
  • Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of requests related to account opening and maintenance
  • Adhere to process documents and policies, ensuring nil errors
  • Participate in group driven training programmes and share knowledge with the team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Group Policies related to Account Opening
  • Ensure that there is no operational loss in the area of control
  • Adhere to laid down Operating Procedures and Group Risk Policies
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
  • University degree / MBA (or equivalent qualification)
  • Good understanding and experience with key Client Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes related to Financial Market products
  • Experience in account opening & regulatory process
