As the Team Leader, you would be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of the case management staff who are responsible for all aspects of service delivery for clients placed in their caseload. This position directs the work of others to ensure job performance follows Omni's policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPPA, federal, local.
