We're looking for a Team Leader to join our dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing team. This role will focus on: As the successful candidate, being an Aflex Team Leader means you will be excited to work collaboratively across production and other business units, acting like a key driver in the effectiveness and efficiency in the development of our company's manufactured products. This is a rare opportunity to be working within a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, so it's important that you aim to ensure that we are health and safety compliant and are working to produce exceptional quality products. You will achieve this by maintaining high performing lines and executing in operational and line clearance functions, as well as leading and coaching your developing team to thrive in this new environment.
