About The Position

Temp Key Responsibilities Performance Management: Set daily, weekly, or monthly objectives (e.g., using SMART goals ) and track KPIs. Guidance & Mentorship: Provide instruction, training, and support to new and existing team members. Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, ensure compliance with company policies, and optimize productivity. Communication Bridge: Relay information from upper management to the team and report team performance, successes, and challenges. Team Building: Create a positive, cohesive, and collaborative team environment. Conflict Resolution: Resolve team issues, employee issues, and customer service problems promptly.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Coaching: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for active listening and clear communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and make quick decisions.
  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with necessary industry software, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Experience: Usually requires 2–5 years of experience in a similar field or as a team member.
