About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Chick -fil -A. Having high quality Team Leaders is an integral part to our success. Your support in the front of house or back of house operations will be essential to a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.
Requirements
- A passionate and strong understanding of Chick -fil -A’s values and mission
- Excel at working under high stress situations
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours/week including Fridays and Saturdays
- Ability to be available to either Open or Close daily
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all in -restaurant Front -of -House or Back -of -House operations
- Assisting Management in coaching a team of 10+
- Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
- Protecting profitability by reducing waste, stewarding labor, and managing lean inventory systems
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
- Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis
