You’ll bring the hype, keep the team on point, and make sure our guests are having a blast—every single visit. Your day-to-day: 🚀 Lead and inspire your team of Bay Hosts, Support Associates, and Guest Services pros 🎯 Keep the energy up and service levels sky-high during peak times 🧠 Train, coach, and support team members so they shine like pros 💬 Jump in to resolve guest concerns with confidence and care 📈 Work with management to hit team goals and keep operations smooth 💥

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Availabilit to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs

  • Previous leadership experience (hospitality, retail, or service = major plus!)
  • A natural motivator and people-person with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and quality service delivery.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering associate engagement and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager
