We currently have multiple production opportunities on 3rd shift in Department 26 at our facility in Elizabethton, TN and are looking for great people who are interested in helping our boss - the customer. The Regulator Production Department is looking for motivated and dependable coworkers to join our newest department. In this role, you'll assemble gas regulators using hand tools and specialized equipment and perform leak tests to ensure product quality and safety. Coworkers will operate assembly and test stations, following strict safety and quality standards. Precision, attendance, focus, and a commitment to doing the job right are key to success in this role . Overview: Assist coworkers in meeting production schedules and quality standards. Monitor workflow and ensure efficient use of resources. Train new coworkers on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations. Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. Collaborate with other regulator assembly product lines to optimize operations and workflow. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety policies and procedures. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, quality, and downtime. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Fill in for absentees or coworkers on breaks to maintain production flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
