Requirements

• At least 18
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Nice To Haves

• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
• Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

• Pay $21.26 - $22.09 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
